Disaster, extremely dissatisfied. I brought my coat in to have a snap repaired. Then, for two weeks, nothing happened. No feedback, no information, absolutely nothing. Only after I called the main office in Küsnacht myself, since no one at the branch seemed to feel responsible, was I told they would look into it without hesitation. According to the employee, my coat was in Küsnacht and had probably already been repaired. Two days later, I received a call back. The repair was no longer possible, and I was told over the phone that I could pick up my coat at the Triemli branch. So, I called Triemli the day before I was due to pick it up, and the employee confirmed that the coat was ready. When I arrived, no one there knew where my coat was. There was complete cluelessness. On top of all the chaos, I contacted the main office in Küsnacht again. Again, to no avail. The employee there felt no obligation whatsoever and said a supervisor would contact me immediately. The supervisor's call, of course, never came. Typical Terlinden. Unreliable and not customer-oriented. Neither the Triemli branch nor the Küsnacht headquarters felt responsible. Only after numerous complaints and pressure did an employee finally take care of it. The result: My coat ended up at the Enge branch. What is this all about? Such chaotic handling of customer property and abysmal internal communication are simply unacceptable. This is definitely not what customer service looks like. I will certainly never bring anything here again. I hope to receive my coat by tomorrow; otherwise, I will take further action. Warning: Terlinden is in no way customer-oriented and treats customers' belongings with disrespect. There are plenty of better dry cleaners and tailors in the Zurich area.
