Great collection point, but even after several years and feedback, most of the employees are still unfriendly and dismissive. Yesterday, a man from Meggen who wanted to donate clothes was turned away. The plump employee sent him away, while the driver of the Polish vehicle (which arrived a few seconds later) wasn't even addressed by the employee. Cantonal narrow-mindedness. The fact that such employees are still being protected speaks volumes.
The reception area is very modern and clean. Unfortunately, the staff are very unfriendly! The problem of their unfriendliness is known at the town hall, but unfortunately, that doesn't change anything; the staff are still there and they are still unfriendly! Personally, I think the men in the depot should wear name tags so that one could complain by name!
