I sold my garden apartment through Rraqiimmobilien. After they inspected the apartment, I didn't have to worry about anything else. Rraqiimmobilien handled the entire transaction. The real estate agent showed interest until the apartment was purchased, but then stopped responding. She pressured me to buy the apartment, called constantly, but didn't answer any calls from clients. She handed over the apartment with defects, and there was no key handover. I didn't feel safe with this seller; it was a complete scam.

If you're looking for a real estate agent who will only help you until they receive your payment and then disappears, you've come to the right place. The woman who can call multiple times a day to collect the reservation fee doesn't even answer the phone when it's time to hand over the keys. Unbelievable, but true. The apartment she's selling is literally filthy and riddled with defects. It's a shame my mother went to her apartment so excited, only to arrive with this nightmare... You should have seen her disappointment... We're so sorry. A dirty and damaged apartment that wasn't like this *during* the *viewing*. Unfortunately, we didn't have a real estate agent who would answer the phone to try and find a solution with us or at least clarify the situation.
