Mentre cercavo una nuova bici da strada, mi sono imbattuto in Radsport Emmental. Qui in Vallese semplicemente non troverete un servizio del genere. Assolutamente senza problemi! La bici mi è stata consegnata personalmente nel Vallese. Alcuni piccoli aggiustamenti sono stati gestiti rapidamente al telefono e via e-mail. Un deragliatore difettoso è stato sostituito gratuitamente in pochi giorni con un modello più nuovo. SORPRENDENTE!! Questo è ciò che rende divertente il ciclismo! Altamente raccomandato!

Isabel called and was able to bring in our bike that same evening (outside of regular hours at 7 pm), and it was completely repaired.
