Servizio eccellente! Il mio smartphone si è bloccato sabato a mezzogiorno e un dipendente ha consegnato il dispositivo riparato a casa mia alle 20:00 di quella sera! Lo trovo eccezionale e non qualcosa da dare per scontato.
Il prezzo di Sunrise è molto migliore. Consiglio a tutti di passare ad un fornitore a basso prezzo; Internet di Swisscom è superiore. Internet a 100 bit presso Sunrise costa oltre 60 franchi, Internet a 2500 bit costa 35 franchi.

Prices are far too expensive, staff are unhelpful, and you can't cancel your subscription yourself in the shop. Shame on you!
A young, very friendly advisor was able to solve my issue in a goal-oriented manner. It was an exceptionally pleasant experience for me to have a customer listened to and addressed even rather unusual concerns. Furthermore, the advisor was, in my opinion, very competent. I would classify about 1-2% of all previous telephone or on-site advisors as "somewhat knowledgeable" in the "competent" category. So, thank you again! I will be testing the purchased product in the coming weeks; the first impression is good. Shop: 5 well-deserved stars Since I avoided Swisscom for quite some time for various reasons, the positive experience in the Langnau shop might change my opinion of Swisscom in the future.
Sometimes, especially on Saturdays, you might have to wait a moment. The service is excellent and always friendly. June 26, 2022: We received a rather lukewarm welcome from a young employee. We asked for a flip case for a smartphone that wasn't exactly new anymore. At first, she just shook her head; then she checked an online shop, where she couldn't find anything suitable either. The employee had clearly reached the end of her options, which she made quite clear. So we left the shop. At another electronics store in Langnau, the support was significantly better, and we got the item we were looking for.
