Servizio clienti scadente. Mi sono trasferito dal Regno Unito con la mia macchina che funzionava bene. La macchina è stata mandata lì per assistenza e piccola riparazione un paio di mesi fa e di nuovo ha smesso di funzionare. Nessuna risposta alle mie telefonate e nessuna risposta alle mie e-mail. Non sono sicuro di cosa stia succedendo a queste persone. Anche il mio bar li ha sconsigliati per ragioni simili.

Durante la mia seconda visita, non ho ispezionato nuovamente la macchina prima di ritirarla. La macchina era già imballata e pronta per il trasporto. Mi sono fidato completamente di questo rivenditore ufficiale. Quando ho disimballato la macchina, ho scoperto dei difetti. Rogalla sostiene che i difetti erano dovuti al trasporto con la mia macchina. Non è questo il caso. Da allora non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Pensaci due volte prima di utilizzare i loro servizi.
