Inferior food of the worst quality! Problemi di stomaco costanti. I problemi di stomaco sono scomparsi dopo il passaggio ad alimenti di alta qualità.
Ottimi i prodotti alimentari, soprattutto quelli dietetici per gatti. Inoltre sono generalmente ben accettati dai gatti. Ma non provare mai a contattare Royal Canin tramite il modulo di contatto o l'e-mail. Non sentirai assolutamente nulla, e ancor meno. È un vero peccato per il loro pessimo servizio clienti, che è così importante, soprattutto perché in definitiva ciò che conta è il benessere degli animali.
Very friendly and competent advice from the hotline. I received detailed advice about the Exigent Royal Canin line for dogs. My Havanese, who is very picky, finally loves a food, and I was explained everything about the ingredients in these products. I hadn't received such good advice from specialist stores, and was rather against these types of food. That's why I called and got advice directly from Royal Canin Switzerland. The ordering system has been inactive since June 9th. Customers weren't informed. Only when we called were we told that nothing would be possible before June 22nd. We tried to cancel the order, but that didn't work either...
It doesn't live up to its promises at all. We bought Royal Kitten food. The food we received doesn't even remotely resemble the picture. We complained and they said they would look into it.
