Siamo venuti a mangiare in questo ristorante utilizzando il Gourmet Passport. Sfortunatamente, l'esperienza è stata gravemente rovinata dal servizio. Dal momento in cui abbiamo effettuato la prenotazione telefonicamente, abbiamo avuto la sensazione che la nostra chiamata li disturbasse. Una volta lì, il cameriere ha adottato un tono poco professionale, a volte scortese e molto disinvolto per tutta la serata, facendoci sentire come se fossimo intrusi. Anche il cibo ha impiegato molto tempo per arrivare. Inoltre alcuni tavoli arrivati molto più tardi di noi ci sono stati serviti ben prima di noi nonostante avessero ordinato la stessa cosa. Ciò ha rafforzato la nostra sensazione di abbandono. È tanto più deludente perché il cibo era eccellente. I piatti erano davvero deliziosi e consigliamo vivamente la cucina. Purtroppo, a causa della scarsa qualità del servizio, non torneremo. Che peccato!
Una domenica molto calma e piovosa; il servizio è stato rapido, efficiente, cordiale e professionale. Dessert: gelato, nessun pasticcino disponibile. Il pasto è stato molto buono. Il vino era molto buono.
Il filetto di cavallo che avevamo era abbastanza buono e ben cotto. Il proprietario era un po' severo e poco amichevole. Quando volevamo ordinare un taglio danese per due, il proprietario non era molto d'accordo e voleva che ne avessimo uno per ciascuno. Non è stato molto professionale da parte sua, ma ha comunque accettato. Per il resto il ristorante è molto ben posizionato.
We went there with the gourmet passport! Already the boss is not nice, instead of saying hello he checks the identity of the passport... then we are not allowed beef, as we are surprised he comes back to catch us out on our attitude and explains that he does not cover his costs if he sells beef (origin Uruguay!), so we order horse. I ask if he puts the meat on the side on the slate because I like it rare he says no, but that he can put a plate for 2 people next to me. Then for those who did not order on the slate no salad contrary to what is written on the menu. The slates received a simple green salad. There is only ice cream for dessert. And do not order the cognac..17 bucks!!! I will not go back and I do not recommend
I called to make a reservation and, as soon as I mentioned using the Gourmet Passport, the person I spoke to adopted a condescending and unprofessional tone. It's a shame, because it doesn't exactly inspire me to discover the establishment.
We went to a restaurant during the medieval festival. A disaster: service on a paper plate, pieces of the plate melted into the food, deplorable service, not a very friendly welcome! They didn't like our remark about the plate, which made the situation worse instead of apologizing... never again!
