Ieri siamo andati al derby Thun-YB alla Stockhorn Arena e abbiamo preso delle patatine fritte. Sfortunatamente erano completamente freddi e asciutti. È stato piuttosto deludente, soprattutto in un evento in cui ti aspetteresti qualcosa di nuovo. Col senno di poi, eravamo contenti di non aver ordinato due porzioni. Che peccato.
L'atmosfera speciale è palpabile fin dal momento in cui arrivi: intima, accogliente e progettata con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Le camere non sono solo confortevoli, ma emanano anche un affascinante carattere alpino, perfetto per mettervi subito in uno stato d'animo vacanziero.
Hüttenzauber è stato il catering per Energy Air 2025 alla Stockhorn Arena. Ho optato per le loro patatine, che erano deliziose e di ottima qualità. Nonostante la grande folla, il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile, il che ha lasciato una prima impressione positiva. Purtroppo l'organizzazione ha rovinato notevolmente l'esperienza: l'attesa è stata di circa 45 minuti, un tempo molto lungo per un grande evento di questa portata. Inoltre, il sistema delle code era confuso, lasciando alcune persone insicure se fossero nella fila giusta. Sebbene tutto avvenisse senza contanti, il che in genere è conveniente, questo vantaggio non riusciva a compensare il processo caotico. Soprattutto in un evento come Energy Air, una migliore preparazione e organizzazione sarebbe stata fondamentale. Nel complesso, l'impressione è mista: buon cibo e personale cordiale, ma ampio margine di miglioramento nell'organizzazione.
Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure of working with the Hüttenzauber team as the organizer for the Swiss Epic in Davos and La Punt. Julia, Roslä, and Paolo were the friendliest, most competent, and, not least, incredibly hardworking colleagues imaginable! It was a joy to work with them, and the food was wonderful! They had to serve around 900 meals at lunchtime for race participants and crew, and another 150 or so in the evening for the crew alone. The feedback was excellent; everyone loved the food. I didn't hear a single negative comment. This is especially remarkable considering that these three exceptional individuals were on their feet for about 15 hours a day for a whole week to accomplish this! I only worked half the hours, and I can only bow down to their achievement! I hope Hüttenzauber will be booked for this event again next year, and I'm already looking forward to working with them again!
Good day According to online sources, you are the caterer at the Stockhorn Arena for FC Thun matches. It would be fantastic if you sought professional advice for the upcoming season so that the catering can finally operate at a Super League level. Currently, it's an organizational disaster and disastrous negative publicity for FC Thun and the stadium. The staff is friendly, and the food quality is okay. But the handling, the process from ordering to delivery, and the entire preparation for the influx of guests is a complete failure. Clearly, you have zero interest in maximizing sales and satisfying the fans. This is utterly incomprehensible.
There's room for improvement with the sausages at the Stockhorn Arena! Dear Kappeler Gastro AG: Now that FC Thun is (deservedly) back in the A-Class, the sausages sold at the Stockhorn Arena urgently need a quality upgrade. The veal sausage tastes good, but the casing used is a disaster! The same goes for the "Tuna Sausage." Both sausages have such thick and tough casings that one seriously wonders what the butcher who makes them is doing. The reviews speak for themselves (2.1!). If I were you, I'd take a very close look at your operations immediately.
