Un accogliente ristorante sulla riva della pittoresca via del centro storico. Il proprietario (?) è stato molto gentile, parla almeno 3 lingue ed è sempre pronto ad aiutare. Abbiamo ordinato zuppa di crema di pesce, tartare e pollo in salsa di vino. Non consiglierò questi antipasti perché non erano niente di speciale e il tartaro era più vegetariano che carnoso. Per quanto riguarda il pollo, la salsa è particolare ma la carne era leggermente cotta. Nel complesso, è stato un pasto ok, ma non siamo rimasti colpiti positivamente.
Il posto migliore per cenare in modo eccellente. 6 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A place where time seems to stand still in the heart of Twann! The ambiance and service offer instant relaxation, and guests are treated with the utmost care. We were there for lunch and couldn't resist the local wine. The menu is very creative, and the summer dishes we enjoyed were artfully presented and perfectly seasoned. Even the amuse-bouche was exceptional. The outdoor seating area is highly recommended when the weather is nice. The hospitality is second to none.
We had the catch of the day, which was exceptionally well prepared. The wine recommendations (regional wines, of course) were also consistently spot on. The host was very friendly. We'd love to come back!
