Durante la fase di costruzione della casa abbiamo ordinato diversi cassonetti di tutte le dimensioni e abbiamo dovuto smaltire anche grandi sacchi. Il servizio è stato sempre eccellente: puntuale, consegnato esattamente dove ne avevamo bisogno. E se non erano sicuri, ci chiamavano subito per consigliarci il posizionamento migliore. Il personale al telefono è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Anche ordinare online è incredibilmente semplice: il modulo potrebbe essere aggiornato, ma è davvero pignolo ;-)

Sono cliente di tanto in tanto da molti anni e devo semplicemente esprimere il mio sincero apprezzamento. In tutti questi anni gli ordini sono sempre stati completati in modo professionale e tempestivo. Il personale è sempre cordiale. Anche le assi della cassaforma sotto la cassone (per proteggere il pavimento) sono state posate di lato in modo ordinato quando la cassone è stata sollevata – dove altro si trova al giorno d'oggi? Consiglio vivamente Neuenschwander.

What happened to me today is outrageous! I took a small plastic serving stand, a plastic garden umbrella holder, and two small pieces of Styrofoam to the recycling center! I had to pay 10 francs for it! Next time, I'm just throwing everything in the woods.

We needed a skip for mixed demolition waste. The tricky part was that it had to be placed directly in front of an underground parking garage entrance. Neuenschwander AG adhered precisely to the short, agreed-upon timeframe. Everything went like clockwork. We would gladly work with this competent and reliable company again.

Disposing of and recycling is a good thing, and I do my part. In Neuenschwander, you can easily drop off what needs to be disposed of. Yesterday, I had to buy household plastic bags at the post office again so I could dispose of the plastic in my community (unfortunately, so much is still packaged in plastic). However, I was very surprised to discover that the price of the bags had increased by 20%! I find this price hike rather excessive. It's almost like a "penalty" for recycling. What a shame.
