Soggiorno in hotel eccellente😍 Abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel per quattro notti e abbiamo avuto un'ottima prima impressione. Il check-in è stato facile e veloce quando siamo arrivati. La camera era molto bella, pulita e calda. La pulizia è molto importante per noi e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. La posizione è fantastica😍 La colazione era molto gustosa. Ogni mattina ci veniva chiesto cosa avremmo voluto bere e le bevande venivano portate al nostro tavolo. Il caffè era particolarmente buono. Vorremmo ringraziare in particolare il personale dell'hotel. Sono molto gentili, amichevoli e professionali. Grazie a loro il nostro soggiorno è stato confortevole e piacevole. L'ultimo giorno del nostro soggiorno abbiamo ricevuto del cioccolato delizioso, che è stata una sorpresa molto bella e premurosa. Grazie per l'ottimo servizio⭐️🎄
Potrebbe essere un po' tardi per scrivere questa recensione, ma che posto in cui soggiornare soprattutto perché questa era la mia prima visita in Svizzera. La posizione, il personale, la colazione, la tranquillità del villaggio (Lungern) erano assolutamente stupendi. Consiglierei a chiunque desideri una posizione comoda vicino a Interlaken e ad un prezzo ragionevole di soggiornare in questo hotel
Quello di Emma è davvero fantastico. Ho soggiornato per 4 notti con mia moglie e mia figlia e mi è piaciuto moltissimo. The very picturesque town of Lungern is a must see. The hotel is a self check in property which was straightforward but a little tedious. The room was nice and the views are everywhere.The buffet breakfast was also a highlight.
I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. It is, by far, the worst hotel experience I have had in Switzerland. Upon checking in, I pulled back the covers to find the bed sheets were visibly dirty with orange stains. Since my mobile phone only had data and couldn't make calls, I was unable to reach any staff member. I tried using the hallway phone to contact the reception for help, only to be rudely hung up on and told to use my own mobile phone to call them. There was no staff member visible anywhere in the hotel to assist me. I have traveled to over 25 Swiss towns and stayed in more than 20 different hotels across the country; this experience was the most appalling. The standards at this establishment are so poor that they genuinely insult the excellent reputation of the Swiss hotel industry as a whole. Stay elsewhere.
Nice accomodation and breakfast. Parents with babies and toddlers be aware, even if your little one takes a single bite of bread (or ends up refusing to eat), the full adult breakfast price is charged. Ouch. Otherwise they have gluten free bread, which is nice.
