Come nuovo cliente, purtroppo ho ricevuto molte informazioni errate da Quickline. I dati mobili di Swisscom non sono gli stessi di Sunrise. Per quanto riguarda l'abbonamento a Internet, TV e Mobile XL con eSIM, non è stato proprio semplice. Il mio reclamo a Quickline è stato risolto rapidamente. Do le mie 5 stelle al negozio Evolon Quickline di Lyss. I miei problemi sono stati gestiti e risolti immediatamente. Grazie mille, dovrebbe essere così! Sono stato cliente Swisscom per 20 anni e ho deciso di passare a Quickline. 👍

What truly sets ESAG apart, and is unfortunately no longer a given among larger companies these days, is its excellent telephone accessibility during opening hours. It's extremely pleasant to know that if you have questions or concerns, you won't be stuck on endless hold or wait in vain for a call back. The telephone representatives are friendly and appear well-trained to handle inquiries and forward them accordingly.
It's a shame, I was actually always happy with Quickline and recommended it everywhere. Since we moved two years ago, nothing has worked. The modem has been replaced twice, the internet is still terrible, and watching TV is reminiscent of the 70s. Although even then, you could watch movies without constant picture interference. We will definitely switch, because apart from replacing the modem, nothing is being done.
I had problems with my TV box. The problem was solved quickly and competently.
