We had our heat pump installed by Zeindler. The work was flawless. It was done independently and without any complications. Any necessary follow-up work during the first two years of operation was carried out promptly and at no extra cost. A local and relatively new company. Very friendly!
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company. We had a geothermal heating system installed for approximately CHF 60,000. We constantly had to inquire ourselves about the progress and status of the project. Even after receiving the final invoice, which was incorrect, we had to wait two weeks for a revised one, and even then, only after repeated inquiries.
Despite the company's holidays, the junior manager took the time to inspect everything on-site. We needed to replace an old installation with new drains/pipes, a new shower, and a new bathroom. The quote came promptly, and the work was completed quickly, super friendly, and cleanly. Communication via FaceTime and phone calls was also super friendly and uncomplicated. We will only work with you from now on! The bill is also super fair! We are happy with our new bathroom and kitchen!
