Cibo incredibile e un'esperienza così bella! Il proprietario ci ha accolto calorosamente, ci ha aiutato a scegliere i nostri piatti e ha fatto il check-in per assicurarsi che tutto fosse perfetto. Il cibo in sé era incredibile e onestamente uno dei migliori pasti che abbia mai mangiato. Consiglio vivamente questo posto se vi trovate a Interlaken!

Eravamo due persone e ci è piaciuto moltissimo. Una delle prime cose che abbiamo apprezzato è stata il fatto che fosse aperto in un periodo dell'anno in cui molti ristoranti della zona sono chiusi. Siamo arrivati ​​intorno alle 14:00 e, anche se era fuori dall'orario abituale del pranzo, ci hanno comunque offerto cibo caldo. I proprietari gestiscono il posto da soli: lui cucina e lei si prende cura degli ospiti - e lei è assolutamente adorabile, mentre lui è anche incredibilmente cordiale. Lo chef è addirittura uscito per controllare se tutto andava bene. Abbiamo ordinato una Gerstensuppe dei Grigioni che, devo ammettere, era persino migliore di quella che preparava mia madre. Abbiamo mangiato anche Kalbsgeschnetzeltes Zürcher Art con Rösti, anch'esso eccellente: carne tenera, rösti croccanti e una salsa deliziosa. Ci siamo fermati solo per un piccolo boccone e siamo rimasti felicemente sorpresi. L'atmosfera è calda e accogliente e l'attenzione da parte dei proprietari è fantastica. Hanno anche dato al mio cagnolino un dolcetto e un po' d'acqua in modo che anche lei potesse godersi il suo tempo lì. Offrono anche due menu per il pranzo che sembravano entrambi così buoni che era difficile scegliere tra loro. Ritornerò sicuramente.

We randomly discovered the restaurant after a long day of sightseeing. It was a wonderful experience. Very warm welcome by the owners and excellent food. We discovered the delicious homemade Röstis. A great stop in Interlaken.

Walked in because the place we’d been directed to across the street was closed. The food and service were both amazing! The woman who greeted us and took our order had such attention to detail that she didn’t ask but noticed I didn’t use any cream and so didn’t bring any with my second cup—I didn’t have to tell her not to bother. We are midway through our trip (visited Montreux and Bern) and we both said this was the best breakfast we’ve had on the trip so far! Highly recommend! And easy parking as there is a lot right next to the restaurant.

Fantastic. A short walk from the tourist part of Interlaken, but well worth it. Small family owned restaurant and you can tell they’re proud of the food they serve. Our server was very friendly and she gave us suggestions on what to eat when we asked what her favourite things on the menu were. The mushroom schnitzel was phenomenal, the rösti was delicious, and the cordon bleu schnitzel was amazing. The prices were fair for what you got. Would absolutely suggest eating here.
