Non potete immaginare la sensazione di mangiare una zuppa di noodle durante una piovosa notte d'inverno... Il pho che ho è perfetto🍜, la porzione di manzo e noodles è abbastanza buona, Anche il piatto di pollo condiviso è così buono! Grazie per l'ospitalità e il cibo :) lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque salti a Interlaken.

Cucina vietnamita/asiatica molto bella. Interlaken ha molti buoni ristoranti indiani, ma dopo aver provato l'indiano per alcuni giorni volevamo provare qualcosa di diverso e Bub Brothers non ha deluso. Situato in un quartiere carino e caratteristico. Il cibo è molto buono a seconda di ciò che ordini. Abbiamo provato la zuppa di noodle, i noodles con tofu, il pollo con riso. Anche le bevande che abbiamo ordinato erano buone. Abbiamo chiesto del peperoncino sul lato da aggiungere ai nostri gusti. Nel complesso il cibo è molto buono.

Ottimo servizio con zuppa calda di pho noodles per il freddo inverno svizzero. Come l'atmosfera informale di un bar che serve antipasti, riso fritto e zuppa di noodles di manzo tagliata sottile con brodo pulito e dal sapore ricco. Il nostro bambino non si sentiva bene, ha fatto un pasticcio e il personale è stato molto disponibile e comprensivo. Servono anche caffè caldo appena fatto! Grazie! 😊

Amazing food, drinks, and service! We were really impressed. The dim sum was really good and the pork spring rolls were delicious, as well as the fried rice with chicken and beef. It’s clean in here and such a relaxing atmosphere. We loved it so much and felt compelled to leave a review!

Nice atmosphere and good food. A couple of the waitstaff seem a bit new to service but this is a new restaurant and I am sure that they will get the hang of it. We got 4 dishes, all were pretty good. Really enjoyed The TOFU and VIETNAMESE PICKLED CABBAGE in the Vermicelli noodles. We will definitely go back to try some more dishes. It’s nice to have a Vietnamese restaurant in the Interlaken area! Found this cozy restaurant when visiting Interlaken. We ordered spicy pho and spring roll, the tastes was really good. The environment is clean and bright, I would definitely visit it again, highly recommend!
