Il comproprietario, il signor Gasser, è estremamente ostile e aggressivo. Quando le cose non vanno per il verso giusto, urla (è un uomo adulto di circa 80 anni!). Probabilmente sarebbe meglio se andasse in pensione.
Durante la consegna dell'appartamento presso Gasser, Wepf & Partner, noi inquilini a lungo termine abbiamo sperimentato quello che consideravamo un comportamento limite da parte del signor Wepf. La comunicazione era conflittuale, a volte implicava la vicinanza fisica, cosa che abbiamo trovato intimidatoria. Nonostante il notevole investimento nell'appartamento, sono state avanzate richieste che non siamo riusciti a comprendere. La situazione era visibilmente irritante anche per terzi (associazione per i diritti degli inquilini, impresa di pulizie). Il signore dell'associazione dei proprietari che il signor Wepf ha portato qui era apparentemente amichevole e purtroppo tutt'altro che neutrale. Raccomandiamo agli inquilini di cercare supporto professionale durante le consegne con questa società.
In our case, €600 was simply withheld from the security deposit for potential additional utility costs. Several times, more than six months after moving out, I tried to obtain a utility bill. I finally received a response stating that the company has up to five years to provide the utility bill! We lived in an apartment where we had the underfloor heating valves completely turned off and still had a temperature of 26 degrees Celsius even in winter, with the windows open. Unfortunately, the landlord wasn't interested in addressing this problem. Now we're still waiting for the utility bill, and I wouldn't be surprised if something else arrives. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to any landlords!
They fail to meet their own obligations for years (!), yet then threaten a family with small children with eviction because the garden "doesn't look like it did 12 years ago" and "the neighbors' (pensioners with no trees) garden is nicer." Highly unprofessional and morally indefensible.
