Well-maintained riding facility in an idyllic location on the old Aare River. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great school horses. The riding lessons are professional and tailored to the rider. We always enjoy coming back!
If it were possible to rate in the negative range, I would do it. When we made the appointment on the phone, we laughed and joked with each other. When I arrived, I was greeted in a bad mood and became abusive in my articulation. It was a taster course and of course I didn't have any riding equipment. I asked on the phone what I should bring and apart from leggings, nothing else was mentioned. I arrived and was told where my helmet was. The lady was so rude that I didn't want to invest my money there and when she said, "You don't need to be here, you can just go back." I left. Thanks for nothing, I was extremely euphoric and looking forward to finally learning to ride! But certainly not with YOU!
