Ottima agenzia dall'inizio alla fine. Sono stato inquilino per 1,5 anni. Durante l'intero periodo di noleggio, anche dopo la fine (restituzione del deposito), l'intero team è stato cordiale, accomodante, reattivo, affidabile e professionale.

Questa azienda è una totale vergogna, senza alcun rispetto per i suoi inquilini. Ci hanno affittato un appartamento crivellato di muffa, nascosto sotto uno strato di vernice. Quando abbiamo fatto notare che la muffa persisteva nonostante l'aerazione quotidiana, la loro unica scusa è stata quella di accusarci di trascurare l'appartamento. Fin dall'inizio abbiamo avuto un problema dopo l'altro in questo appartamento. Abbiamo provato di tutto per risolverli: decine di email, telefonate, ma NIENTE funziona. Impiegano sistematicamente diverse settimane per rispondere alle e-mail, il che impedisce qualsiasi soluzione rapida. Il risultato? Nessuna notizia da molto tempo. E ancora peggio: appena proviamo a difenderci interrompono la conversazione. È irrispettoso e inaccettabile.

Da dove cominciare? - La squadra è affascinante finché non firmi. Una volta firmato, ci sono 5 diversi indirizzi email. Nessun contatto. Solo: - direzione@ … - segretaria@… - corteggiamento@ …. -gerance@…. Ma nessun vero contatto. Non sai con chi parlare. Solo l'addetto alla reception rimane gentile e professionale. Ho inviato e-mail. Sono passate quasi 4 settimane e sto ancora aspettando che il responsabile tecnico mi contatti!!!! Pensavo di avere a che fare con dipendenti competenti. Ma ricevo pochissima risposta da loro. È quasi indifferenza. Eppure i 15.360 CHF che ricevono da me ogni anno vengono incassati ogni mese!!! Forse dovrei considerare di non pagare l'affitto il mese prossimo. Forse allora avrò la possibilità di avere un manager al telefono! Comunque. Potrei scrivere un libro su tutto quello che c'è che non va in loro!! È un peccato dover pubblicare una recensione così negativa quando non sto chiedendo la luna!!! Deludente! Non li consiglio assolutamente.

No mercy, they are monsters, they are only there for the money, run away, do not trust this agency, do not send a rental application unless you are sure and certain about the apartment to take, and even then it does not give confidence to be a tenant with them, at your own risk

The staff were absolutely lovely, but regarding the rentals, I didn't expect to be ripped off to this extent: mold damage to my furniture and clothes, and no compensation whatsoever from the owner or the agency – a disgrace!
