Ho pagato 35 franchi in più. per 2-5 giorni e ho dovuto pagare altri 32,85 franchi. Per i dazi doganali. **Questo è quello che devo pagare, lo so, ma a causa del ritardo nel servizio, non sono contento di nulla in questo momento! E sì, sono passati 6 giorni e il mio pacco non è ancora arrivato a Zurigo! Terribile.

Una stella è troppo. Utilizzo i servizi DHL Worldwide da moltissimo tempo ma Zollikofen è terribile, è semplicemente inspiegabile. Tutti urlano e si urlano addosso in una lingua strana (serbo, macedone, albanese?! Presumo), non hanno idea di dove siano i pacchi, le donne che lavorano lì sono assolutamente orrende e costantemente in modalità lotta, hai la sensazione che ti darebbero volentieri un pugno in faccia. Il posto sembra una terra di zombi, sporco, incustodito. Ho l'impressione che l'intero posto debba essere ristrutturato dall'amministratore delegato ai corrieri e questo è ciò che scriverò ufficialmente alla sede centrale, se non cambiano qualcosa sono certamente sicuro che tutti i miei clienti e io cambieremo compagnia di consegna.

Ho prenotato il ritiro di un pacco con DHL per restituire tre scarpe che avevo ordinato da Allbirds. L'orario che ho potuto selezionare era tra le 10:00 e le 11:00. Non si è presentato nessuno e non ho ricevuto alcuna notifica. Dopo aver contattato il loro supporto mi è stata comunicata una nuova finestra di ritiro tra le 14:00 e le 17:00. Ma ancora una volta, non si è presentato nessuno. Li ho aspettati un giorno intero e non ho ricevuto alcuna notifica. Sfortunatamente, questa è una brutta esperienza e un servizio scadente

I dont give zero stars cause app doesnt let me. I contracted DHL to ship my personal belongings from spain to switzerland. • Slow paperwork with customs. You have to send everything by post (yes with the envelope and the stamp, no electronic way by 2023) and it takes a week to DHL to send the documents to the customs. • Tracking lies. You never get the promised delivery time you selected when you hired DHL. they just come without calling and only one attempt in morning (even the email you receive says it will receive it by end of day...). • When you call to reschedule your 1K "express" delivery they say they can only resend it the next day and without any specified time so you just have to wait for them till they appear, since they consider nobody has to go to work during the week or can ask for a free morning to get their stuff. So if you need to do an international shipment when moving to another country look elsewhere for your own good :)

Very fair courier. Used around 10 times now, and I feel like they deserve a good review, based on some experience. 9 times over 10 I had no problem at all. Once they broke the parcel... but the refund was efficient and fast. It costs more than DPD, but it's totally worth the extra price.
