Incredibile colazione a buffet. La cena è troppo costosa. Il cibo era comunque piacevole. Molto adatto ai bambini. Bella vista.
L'opzione pranzo a buffet per bambini è un'ottima idea se vieni a giocare allo Swiss Holiday Park. I bambini affamati non devono aspettare: prendono il piatto, si servono e mangiano. C'è il cibo semplice che di solito piace ai bambini: pasta, pizza, verdura, frutta, bocconcini di pollo, pesce, gelato, succhi di frutta, acqua. Posate speciali per bambini che sono fantastiche. Gli adulti possono scegliere tra buffet di insalate o menu del ristorante. Bella vista. Personale cordiale. Era sabato ora di pranzo e c'erano abbastanza tavoli per tutti. Grazie!
Il cibo è abbastanza buono (con pensione completa per bambini fino a 15 anni inclusa nel prezzo dell'alloggio se si soggiorna allo Swiss Holiday Park) e il personale è molto gentile e attento, a loro un grande ringraziamento. Quello che cambierei sicuramente nel menu dei dessert è il nome del frappé in milkshake e il caffè freddo dovrebbe essere rinominato in frappé (e forse non far pagare un ospite dell'hotel che ha ordinato e restituito il suo "frappé" pensando che fosse accompagnato dal caffè, quindi non potendo bere invece latte con gelato e sciroppo)... Perché il frappé contiene caffè e in ogni altro paese è preparato e definito il modo in cui preparano l'Eiskaffee al Panorama 😀
Definetly not worth your money. It's quite expensive for extremely mediocre food and only 3 options that rotate every day. Similar to food you would find in a cafeteria. The hosts pretend that they are busy and say things like "I'll have to see if we can fit you in" even when they have a single table dining and one or two reservations to give the illusion of class and a booked restaurant. The interior is extremely hot as there is no air conditioning and it's located right above the pool. The only good thing I have to say is that the servers were very nice the couple of times we had to go.
I would absolutely recommend NOT going to this Restaurant. The food is mediocre and the cleanliness is not really good. The manager of the restaurant is unhelpful and for the price you pay I would rather go eat somewhere else.
Positive: The breakfast staff is incredibly fast, friendly, and accommodating, and patient with small children. THANK YOU! The breakfast buffet is plentiful but always the same. You can still find what you're looking for, though. Negative: Everything related to dinner. Starting with the extremely slow, unfriendly, and ANNOYED staff, to gourmet prices for poor-quality food in small portions. The contrast to the breakfast staff is unbelievable.
