Ho dimenticato di lasciare una recensione sullo straordinario servizio fornitomi da questa azienda 2 mesi fa. Dato che sono straniero e mi trovo in Svizzera da poco più di tre mesi, ho avuto difficoltà ad affittare un appartamento a lungo termine in Svizzera. Ma Nadine Vonlanthen mi ha aiutato assolutamente in tutto, è molto professionale e la qualità del servizio che ha fornito è di prim'ordine. Sono stato molto felice quando ho ricevuto la chiamata che diceva che l'affitto dei nostri sogni era stato confermato. Adesso io, mio ​​marito e i nostri gatti viviamo in un appartamento confortevole e accogliente. Consiglierò questa azienda a tutti!

Diversi amici ci avevano già avvertito che AS Immobilien è una società di gestione immobiliare poco professionale. Purtroppo ora possiamo confermare questa impressione; hanno delle pratiche commerciali molto strane. Anche se ho contattato AS Immobilien via e-mail la sera in cui hanno pubblicato l'annuncio online, non ha funzionato nulla. Nessuno ha risposto alla mia email. Chiamando il numero indicato venivo sempre trasferito (non esiste un numero diretto, a quanto pare sarebbe troppo efficiente). La persona con cui ho parlato era già andata via per la giornata e si è offerta di richiamarmi. Ma non l'hanno mai fatto, quindi li ho contattati di nuovo qualche giorno dopo. Questa volta il responsabile mi ha detto di verificare con l'attuale inquilino (cosa che la prima persona al telefono avrebbe potuto facilmente dire). Tuttavia in quel periodo l'inquilino era in vacanza per due settimane (eh? Non controlli prima?) e ha promesso di richiamarmi per fissare una visita. Non ho mai ricevuto una chiamata, nemmeno da AS Immobilien. Quando abbiamo ricominciato a cercare, ci è stato detto che l'appartamento era già stato affittato. L'intera faccenda è durata un mese e abbiamo dovuto contattarli noi stessi almeno quattro volte. Scusate il linguaggio, ma è un vero disastro!!

An absolute disaster. We went to view a commercial space, and after a month of endless excuses about why the responsible person wasn't available, and countless requests for documents we'd already submitted, we finally got a call to the company and were told the person was already off for the weekend. We insisted that we'd been waiting for over a month and needed a response. We were then called back and told that our application couldn't be considered and that we'd find out why by email on Monday. Of course, that email never arrived! I would strongly advise management to fire such staff. This can only be detrimental to the business. This management company will never be an option for me again.

This is not what customer interest looks like. We wanted to view a property that had piqued our interest. Since the viewing was scheduled for a Friday afternoon and we were unavailable due to work, an alternative appointment was offered for the following Friday afternoon. As that day was also fully booked with our own appointments, we requested a different viewing time. The response was astonishing for a company that claims to be customer-oriented. "We cannot offer an alternative date, and the property would certainly attract enough interested parties on both dates, so there's a high probability that the property will be sold after those dates." I think there's significant room for improvement in customer management here. Even if there's no genuine interest in the customer, I would recommend a different method of communication.
