Assolutamente sorpreso di imbattersi in questo ristorante cinese a Murren durante il nostro viaggio in Svizzera. Entrambi veniamo da origini cinesi, quindi devo ammettere che non avevamo molte aspettative, tuttavia non solo l'abbiamo provato, la sera successiva siamo tornati e abbiamo ordinato 6 piatti tra noi due! C'erano alcuni piatti cinesi più occidentalizzati (pollo in agrodolce). I loro piatti di spicco erano il manzo al pepe nero e il Tong Choi fritto in padella (spinaci d'acqua saltati all'aglio). Entrambi i piatti ottimi. Il Tong Choi è super delizioso e ne abbiamo ordinato un altro a metà del nostro secondo pasto. Consiglio vivamente di effettuare una prenotazione, ogni notte era al completo nonostante fosse bassa stagione.
Mi è piaciuto tantissimo questo accogliente ristorante! L'atmosfera è accogliente e il cibo è ricco di sapori autentici, in particolare i piatti wok, che erano fenomenali. Ogni boccone era pieno di gusto e puoi dire che i proprietari mettono così tanto amore nella loro cucina. Anche il servizio veloce. Davvero un gioiello e i proprietari dolcissimi! Ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante singaporiano mentre esploravamo Mürren e onestamente non ci aspettavamo molto, ma wow ci sbagliavamo. Il cibo era incredibilmente autentico e ricco di sapore. La coppia che gestisce il posto è così cordiale e amichevole e puoi dire che mettono molto cuore in quello che fanno. Se sei a Mürren, fatti un favore e mangia qui. Non te ne pentirai.
The food is really good. Also the people are very kind. Every year we going to eat in this restaurant during our holidays. The restaurant isn‘t big. It has space for 20 people. Important to know, you can only pay by cash.
We were pleasantly surprised to discover a Singaporean restaurant right here in Murren. It was wonderful chatting with the owners, who have been serving delicious Chinese food here for 31 years. Finding authentic Chinese food in Switzerland is a rare treat, especially at a good proce. I highly recommend this spot to all my Asian friends who are craving a taste of home, especially those delicious dishes with that signature "wok hey" flavor... then you must try their fried rice.
Excellent food and authentic Chinese flavor. Full of Wok Hei that cannot be easily found even in Asia nowadays. The chef Master Tham and his wife are very nice 😊 . The family enjoyed so much. Highly recommended !!
