Restaurant Edelweiss Mürren — Rauft 1068, 3825 Mürren, Switzerland

Questo potrebbe essere facilmente il ristorante più panoramico in cui tu abbia mai mangiato. Il cibo era fantastico, la zuppa di brodo di manzo era davvero buona, così come la bolognese. Nonostante altre recensioni di un servizio pessimo, il nostro è stato fantastico e gentile. Rischierei se fossi sul recinto.

Panorami inimmaginabilmente belli e la pizza era altrettanto buona. I quattro formaggi erano incredibili e non lesinavano sui condimenti. Pizza di grandi dimensioni per qualcuno che mangia molto (ne ho mangiata 1 -1/2 intera). Ottima atmosfera e non puoi battere i panorami. Anche lo strudel di mele era fantastico!

Non capisco le recensioni negative su questo posto... Abbiamo pensato che fosse fantastico! Ho avuto il piatto di lenticchie al curry e mio marito aveva uno dei piatti di hash brown. Il nostro vino e la nostra birra erano entrambi deliziosi e il servizio era eccellente. Personale molto cordiale! Recensione di un americano (della Louisiana), per quello che vale.

I had the Swiss Pork Steak, with I would refer to as pork schnitzel. It was a lightly coated piece of pork, with noodles and vegetables. My wide had a large mixed salad, and a bowl of Hungarian Goulash, which was more of a meat-based soup. We both enjoyed the meals. For dessert, we split a piece of apple strudel on vanilla cream sauce that looked better than it tasted. Service was professional, but not particularly friendly. Two qualifiers to this restauant: 1. The view from outside would be a 85 on a scale of 1 to 5. It's just not possible to have better view of the mountains. 2. We were charged 5 Francs (almost $6.00 for TAP water (NOT) bottled water. I don't remember seeing this on the menu, and the waitress just shrugged when I questioned it. Keep in mind, this is a town that has flowing water spigot of water from the mountains. Restaurants need to stop having needless charges that tend to ruin the experience.

Swiss food presented in a gorgeous alpine setting. The service we received was very friendly. The dishes we had were good quality at a fair price relative to the area. We are planning to return again tomorrow to try the steak.

Breathtaking views alone make it worth the price and time. Staff is very friendly and pleasant. Food is average at best but overall experience was great
