Nessun caso è stato risolto in tempi ragionevoli. per esempio. La sostituzione del frigorifero ha richiesto 3 settimane, quella della lavatrice - 2,5 settimane.

We had an appointment today, and I was waiting from 12-16. When I called them, in the end, they said that there was a misunderstanding and the new oven hadn’t even been delivered to them.
