Even though they've set a 4-hour time slot, they still can't deliver within that time, or rather, the delivery wasn't even noticed that day. I called the hotline and was assured that the shipment would arrive today – nothing. Now I'm supposed to provide another 4-hour time slot to possibly receive the shipment. What kind of kindergarten organization is that?
