Un paio di settimane fa Movers Umzug si è occupata del trasloco di tutti i nostri mobili per interni ed esterni e anche di dozzine di quadri dalla nostra vecchia casa alla nuova casa. I ragazzi sono stati fantastici! Mehmet era il leader della squadra e dirigeva attentamente tutto ciò che faceva la squadra. C'erano altri sei ragazzi che hanno lavorato insieme senza problemi e in modo super efficiente (Felmon, Arthur, Ali, Kawa, Mohammed e Yahisi). Al punto di origine hanno avvolto con cura ogni pezzo in coperte e/o pluriball e hanno prestato molta attenzione nel caricare i camion. Una volta nella nostra nuova casa sono stati altrettanto diligenti nello scartare, rimontare se necessario e posizionare tutto dove volevamo (un pezzo molto grande non entrava nelle scale, quindi sono riusciti senza un graffio ad alzarsi e oltre un alto balcone nella galleria del secondo piano). Particolarmente impressionante (e per questo siamo molto grati) non solo hanno avuto molta cura nello smontare e rimontare una rara credenza antica francese del 1880, ma sono stati anche meticolosi nello smontare e rimontare la nostra sauna a infrarossi: un'impresa non da poco! Mia moglie ed io possiamo consigliare con tutto il cuore e senza riserve la Movers Umzug GmbH. Non solo i loro prezzi erano molto competitivi, ma hanno svolto il loro lavoro in modo estremamente professionale.
Ottima esperienza e squadra adorabile. Si sono presi molta cura di tutti i miei beni. Nessuna rottura o danno riscontrato. Questa è la prima volta che mi muovo e tutta la merce viene consegnata in perfette condizioni. Soprattutto, molto professionale, disponibile e laborioso. Non si fermeranno finché il lavoro non sarà completamente finito, anche se ciò significa lavorare fino a tarda notte. È stato un vero piacere lavorare con il team e ricevere un ottimo servizio. Lo consiglio vivamente!

On October 23rd, we had our two 3.5-room apartments moved by MOVERS Umzug GmbH. They also handled the disposal of unwanted items. The following day, the same company cleaned both apartments, and a representative was present for the handover inspections. The friendly initial consultation and the excellent value for money convinced us to choose this company immediately. The movers arrived on time, were very friendly, and efficient. The furniture was packed perfectly for transport, and everything went smoothly. Thanks to the professional cleaning the next day, both apartments were handed over without any issues. Top moving company! The move from Lyss to Kerzers went absolutely smoothly. Very professional, punctual, careful, and friendly. Everything was transported efficiently and with great care. Very pleasant and experienced staff. They started at 8:00 a.m. and by 4:00/5:00 p.m. everything was in the new apartment, including furniture assembly. Keep in mind that this was a move from one 4.5-room apartment to another 4.5-room apartment, using three loaded vehicles. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this company!
I've had very good experiences with Movers. The communication beforehand was good and binding. The quote was adjusted very fairly for a mistake I made. On the day of the move, the three-person team arrived very punctually. Everything was explained transparently to me, and I was optimally relieved of stress. First, everything was inspected and discussed, and then we got started. Everything went very quickly, and my belongings were optimally protected with plastic wrap and blankets. Nothing was broken, nothing was missing. The team was very patient with some of the boxes I had packed very poorly. Even in the new apartment, the team was very flexible in responding to one or two problems and always remained friendly, prompt, careful, and professional. Particularly impressive - the team leader was able to estimate with his hands whether all my dressers would fit next to each other. I thought it was impossible, but it fit to the centimeter. I also had Movers clean my old apartment, and I can only say good things about it. It was quick and thorough. The key handover and the handover to the landlord went smoothly. After my previous move with another provider was a complete disaster, I was in excellent hands with Movers from the initial quote to the final handover. The price-performance ratio was more than fair, and in the end, I was completely satisfied.
