Il signor Müller è stato subito presente per risolvere il mio problema e ha gestito tutto con molta calma e professionalità e il mio apparecchio è tornato come nuovo e anche migliore. Dato che non ne so molto, il signor Müller mi ha organizzato tutto e mi ha spiegato tutto così chiaramente che ora posso, con grande piacere, fare direttamente cose come scansionare, inviare e-mail...ecc. Il signor Müller ha anche modificato i miei abbonamenti in modo che ora posso risparmiare molti soldi ogni anno. E tutto a un prezzo molto ragionevole. Mr. Müller was very accommodating and was able to repair my laptop very quickly. I had been having problems with the microphone/sound for some time. Many of the large electronics stores couldn't help me or recommended that I just buy a new laptop because the repair would be too expensive. But Mr. Müller was able to complete the repair in just a few hours. Now everything works perfectly again. I am very grateful, as I would like to use this laptop for several more years.
