I was charged 200 CHF for a "full diagnostic" when all I asked for was an analysis of a single rattling noise. The mechanic didn't offer any concrete diagnosis, only mentioning a suspicion, and advised me to return after the problem worsened, at which point I would have to pay another 200 CHF. The OBD reader wasn't working, and the necessary tools were missing. I wasted both time and money.
