Ottima esperienza con il loro Pannenhilfe/assistenza stradale! L'auto si è rotta nel bel mezzo dell'ora di punta a Zurigo e TCS è stata lì per aiutare entro 20 minuti. L'auto è stata riparata in pochissimo tempo per portarla in officina per ulteriori riparazioni. Il soccorritore è stato molto ben informato e paziente nel testare diverse soluzioni. Prima non ero membro dell'assistenza stradale, ma ora sono felice di essere membro del TCS!

Ho sempre avuto una buona esperienza con TCS, ma a cosa serve il soccorso stradale se non è sempre affidabile? Il 17/01/2024 alle 08:45 abbiamo chiamato il soccorso stradale ed eravamo in coda telefonica per il ritiro. Eravamo due persone e abbiamo provato contemporaneamente un'estensione francese e una tedesca (non si sa mai), ma l'attesa era troppo lunga, quindi abbiamo rinunciato alla linea tedesca dopo 20 minuti. Dopo 30 minuti qualcuno risponde alla coda francese e nel giro di un secondo riattacca. Alla fine abbiamo utilizzato il servizio di soccorso stradale complementare della mia assicurazione auto. Se hai un guasto, assicurati che non sia quando il turno di notte passa alle persone del turno di giorno!

For the past two years, I've been commuting 35km to work daily on my Stromer e-bike. After almost 12,000km, I got a flat tire today and was helped by a very friendly patrolman. He was very careful when attaching it to the bike rack and took great care in securing it. Many thanks to the very kind patrolman!

"TCS – so you can always move forward." Unfortunately, this slogan has taken on a completely different meaning for me. I am very disappointed with TCS customer service. I have breakdown cover through Total Mobil, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this mobility insurance. During a breakdown in Italy a few months ago, almost everything went wrong. I had to wait over two hours in the blazing sun for roadside assistance. My vehicle was then unloaded unprofessionally and jump-started incorrectly. The resulting costs currently amount to at least CHF 1,800.00. I understand that TCS has only limited influence over local towing services. Nevertheless, as an insured party, I would have expected at least some cooperation or support from TCS. Addendum from February 18, 2026: Dear TCS Team, I sent my information to the requested email address about 10 days ago. TCS has not yet contacted me. Update from February 27, 2026: In the meantime, the TCS contacted me and "reviewed" the case again. According to the TCS, I would have to prove the damage. I'm closing the case for myself. I'm also done with the TCS.

Excellent service as always at TCS Ostermundigen. The location is easily accessible, bright, and well-organized. I particularly appreciate their selection of useful products for cars and travel, whether for roadside assistance in Switzerland or abroad.
