I happened to be there. Great shop. Great selection. The only thing that could be improved, in my opinion, is the presentation of the charcuterie. I was also disappointed that I didn't notice the coarse version of the spreadable liverwurst. I think it would fit well into the assortment. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Excellent telephone advice! On the day of pickup, the butcher shop was packed with customers. There was no sign of any rush. Everyone was served quickly and incredibly kindly! A huge compliment to you all!
