Ho saputo dell'offerta di Rolf Heusser di un'ora di assistenza gratuita per PC a settimana a Pfaffhüsli attraverso il nostro giornale locale. Ad un certo punto, ho perso il controllo delle mie foto: non ero sicuro in quale servizio cloud si trovassero e perché acquistavo costantemente spazio di archiviazione aggiuntivo. Si è scoperto che avevo inconsapevolmente scaricato una versione gratuita di OneDrive per le mie foto, anche se ho un abbonamento a Microsoft 365. Navigare tra i suoi vari collegamenti è diventata una vera odissea e, come ha descritto un utente, Rolf Heusser è stato in grado di aiutarmi gradualmente a districare il caos e a mettere ordine nel caos. Il sollievo di avere finalmente ordine nel mio sistema e, soprattutto, di comprendere questo "linguaggio informatico" che semplicemente "funziona" è stato immenso. What a shame that Mr. Heusser wasn't recommended to me much sooner. After several people working in the same field had helped me with little success, Mr. Heusser solved problems that had plagued me for at least two years within two hours.

Mr. Rolf Heusser, from "Solution-H GmbH," rescued me from my almost four-week ordeal with "Microsoft 365 Single." After subscribing to the corresponding annual plan, I received (without notification) a "free version" of this software, which didn't work at all and wreaked havoc on my laptop's Outlook environment. Thanks to Mr. Heusser, we regained control of the situation within an hour and restored order to the resulting chaos.

I met Mr. Heusser at the Walk-In Tech Café in Pfaffhüsli, where he solves minor computer problems for free on Friday afternoons. His competent, straightforward solutions convinced me so much that I wanted to know if he also refurbished new devices for private customers. I gladly accepted his suggestion for a new laptop, and shortly thereafter, he dedicated himself to refurbishing and transferring data to my new laptop. Everything went quickly and smoothly.
