A casa di Gianluca — Seestrasse 36, 8330 Pfäffikon, Switzerland

Un eccellente ristorante italiano situato nel centro di Pfäffikon. Il cibo e le porzioni sono buone (soprattutto le bruschette e le pinse). Gli altri piatti sono eccellenti o almeno molto buoni. Il servizio è cordiale e piuttosto veloce. Il locale è aperto anche la domenica, il che è molto comodo. È anche una buona idea prenotare un tavolo negli orari di punta (come il venerdì/la sera del fine settimana). Se vi trovate in zona è quindi un posto davvero raccomandabile!

Ottimo ristorante in una zona tranquilla vicino al lago di pfäffikon. Sono andato lì con il mio amico a causa della sua raccomandazione e sono rimasto più che sorpreso dalla serata. Il personale è molto cordiale e il cibo è incredibile. Le bruschette erano molto croccanti e avevano un sapore incredibile. Il filetto era cucinato in modo sorprendente, da perfetto a medio. Comunque secondo me hanno aggiunto molto sugo sulla carne, sarebbe più apprezzato se lo deste come contorno. Il gratin di patate era eccezionale, a quanto pare avrebbe potuto essere un po' di più. Ultimo ma non meno importante, il gelato era ottimo e il limoncello gratuito ha concluso una serata fantastica. Il prezzo è più che giusto per il cibo delizioso che ottieni. Altamente raccomandato e non vedo l'ora della prossima visita.

Simply put: the best Italian restaurant I have tried in Switzerland. If you live in Zurich do yourself a favor and come try this marvel. The food is poetry: quality of primary ingredients is the best you can find around and the best you would in Italy. The passion and research of Gianluca (chef) behind every dish is astonishing. You are not just eating, you are part of a story. Just ask Gianluca to tell it. Service: Gianluca is a living menu. Of course there is a written and all-comprehensive menu, but if you want to make the best of it, trust him. He matches your taste with the amazing wines he store (1600+). Knowledge is vast as it could be. When you enter you feel just right. A friendly, warm atmosphere will surround you and you will feel just at home. A casa! Location: 20 min drive from Zurich, in a cute and romantic pedestrian area. Following Michelin criteria, 3 stars: Totally worth an ad-hoc trip to the restaurant :)
