Consiglio vivamente questa società di gestione. Tutti sono sempre disponibili e cordiali nei contatti via e-mail, telefono e di persona. Rispondono prontamente e sono sempre pronti ad aiutare se c'è un problema. La consegna si è svolta senza intoppi. Li ho trovati giusti e ragionevoli. Inoltre l'appartamento è bellissimo e in ottime condizioni. Mi è davvero piaciuto vivere lì.

Purtroppo l'amministrazione non riconosce i problemi che si presentano! Nonostante innumerevoli chiamate ed e-mail. Non capisco cosa ci sia di così difficile nel prendersi cura di questi problemi! È un disastro. Non ci sono nemmeno regole della casa!

This is a weak and incompetent, unfair and lying administration, unfortunately we have only had bad experiences, this administration should be taken to court. From the beginning we were handed over a property that was not private but a company property, they quickly put in a plaster wall to collect even more rent (using their connections, construction industry, also experienced in the arbitration board to always be legally protected) for another room! Nobody thought about the fact that this property simply cannot be used for private use, the administration, and as they put it on their website, should move in there and deal with all the disruptive factors! Fix what can make people sick, like mold and noise emissions, unusable facilities and work with tradesmen who were just as bad. The neighbors are even worse, lots of free church members who behaved rudely and without decency, not even after we offered help to get some peace and quiet, we call that bullying and driving people out. Also placed by the administration, and since it's a business, which would be the right thing to do, why not just rent all these apartments to businesses... or let tenants move in who have decency and are considerate. This administration, which acts as a family administration and blinds everyone while only looking out for its own profit, should be shut down and stop managing the property. They should raise their generation to do the same. They don't even deserve a single star!
