Il mio socio è venuto a Rafz per un importante incontro di lavoro, che ho prenotato e pagato con mesi di anticipo. Purtroppo all'arrivo non c'era posto per il mio collaboratore a causa dell'overbooking. La cosa ancora più esasperante è che hanno mantenuto la tariffa della camera. Al momento stiamo contestando l'addebito tramite la piattaforma di prenotazione. Che vergogna assoluta per la bellissima città di Rafz!
Avevamo una cena eccellente e una notte tranquilla a prezzi onesti in un hoyse di 400 anni. Servizio cordiale e buon cibo in una bella posizione. Non il tuo hotspot instagrammer ma questa tradizione di 400 anni di ospitalità leale. grazie per aver reso il viaggio piacevole.
Il personale era scortese e quasi rasentava l'urlo contro gli ospiti.... Sento che è un posto razzista. Voglio dire, se non vuoi fare colazione, significa che devono diventare scortesi e trovare motivi per creare problemi.
This place is charming, a touch old school and very cosy. Traditionally decorated in wood panelling.We slept very well. We ate very well. It's a good base for exploring Zurich and Schaffhausen if you have a car. Excellent value for Switzerland, too!
The building is old and beautiful. I feel like I’m in a museum. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is amazing- the water pressure alone could launch a Space X mission, and the shower head is hand held. This may seem like a small thing to some but not to me. It’s a detail that shows some thought went into guest comfort. The staff are terrific, and the food is excellent. Be prepared to bring a translate app because the menu is in German, but that’s not a complaint. I have a nearby business interest so I will return to this area in the future. Whenever possible, I will always try to book my stay here moving forward.
