Volevo comprare una macchina usata. Hanno fatto molti sforzi per scattare più foto, mi hanno messo in contatto con persone che conoscono l'inglese. Mi hanno detto in che condizioni è la macchina "non è nella forma migliore", mandami tutte le foto di cose che non vanno, e non è qualcosa di molto costoso. Non l'ho comprato, non potremmo essere d'accordo sul prezzo! Sono onesti e non è facile trovarli di questi tempi. Hanno dei dipendenti davvero bravi che si prendono cura dei clienti. Continuate così. Allora le persone come me avranno un buon ricordo di te e della tua azienda anche se non facevamo affari. Grazie per i vostri servizi e il vostro tempo.

I have a weather station that could actually work well – if it weren't for the incompetent support. Initially, it was delivered without a solar panel. When one was subsequently sent, the installation instructions for the solar panel were unfortunately incorrect. So, after a year, I had to open the casing again, but unfortunately, the plastic had already become so brittle that the screw sockets broke off. Furthermore, support failed to mention that the reset button is located directly on the circuit board, which necessitated opening the casing yet again. To top it all off: I was expected to pay for the new battery myself!
