Il trasloco è sempre stressante. Subito lo hanno reso meno professionale con un tocco personale. I traslocatori sono stati gentili, educati e si sono rifiutati di lasciarmi alzare anche un dito. Un ringraziamento speciale a Erhan per aver organizzato tutto, dall'assemblaggio dei mobili alla squadra di pulizia e alla consegna. Superiore!

Di solito non scrivo recensioni su Google. Ma questa volta devo, devo condividere onestamente la nostra esperienza e spero che questa possa essere un'informazione utile per chiunque voglia usufruire del servizio di pulizia fornito da questa azienda. Siamo davvero dispiaciuti di usufruire del servizio di pulizia di Subito. La squadra delle pulizie ha causato danni alla porta dell'armadio della cucina e lo ha negato. Quando ci siamo accorti del danno abbiamo chiamato subito Subito. Il proprietario ha risposto: non è importante, la cosa più importante è la corretta consegna dell'appartamento. Non abbiamo discusso e abbiamo dato per scontato che avrebbero risolto il problema prima dell'appuntamento per la consegna. Ma all'appuntamento per la consegna l'anta dell'armadio è ancora appesa lì, senza essere stata riparata. Il personale addetto alla consegna ha chiamato l'azienda per confermare e poi mi ha detto che il danno non è stato causato dalla squadra di pulizia, il che è una bugia. Le squadre di pulizia non erano oneste al riguardo. Per riassumere: 1. Se non ti dispiace che i mobili vengano danneggiati durante la pulizia, puoi prendere in considerazione questa azienda 2. Se non ti dispiace lasciare le chiavi per qualche giorno (per noi era da venerdì a lunedì) puoi prendere in considerazione questa azienda 3. Se non ti dispiace che il personale sia in ritardo di qualche minuto ma poi ricevi una chiamata dal loro team che ti incolpa sgarbatamente di aver lasciato aspettare il team delle pulizie, puoi prendere in considerazione questa compagnia Ad essere onesti, devo anche condividere questo: 4. Non volevamo lasciare la chiave alla squadra di pulizia per così tanti giorni, il proprietario dell'azienda è stato reattivo e ha trovato una soluzione per noi 5. Il servizio di trasloco è andato bene, il personale del trasloco è stato molto attento durante gli spostamenti, a differenza del personale delle pulizie, che ha sfondato la finestra sui muri e ha lasciato qualche segno. 6. Il team dell'ufficio è stato molto reattivo.

Subito è stata la scelta migliore che potessi fare durante il trasloco. L'equipaggio è stato super poiché ha smontato tutto correttamente, spostato e assemblato meglio di prima. Anche il team dell'ufficio è stato molto reattivo, quindi è garantito un servizio senza preoccupazioni

Update in regards to the cleaning crew today! Absolutely terrible and to be avoided, the apartment was dirtier then when we left it. They damaged the floor by wiping it too wet. The entire wooden floor in the kitchen suddenly had brown spots everywhere, that couldn’t be removed. And the worst part is that they blatantly lied into our faces saying that they were there already when they arrived! The cellar wasn’t even brushed, cupboards and windows were dirty, cobwebs, dust and hair on the floor. Plus they were extremely rude! We moved today and everything was top notch and worked out without a hitch. Therefore we highly recommend their services.

Price in the end was twice as much!! Incredible terrible experience, unprofessional would never chose again for several reasons. Would highly recommend to search for a different provider. Several reasons - First of all the company forgot the job and did not arrive. When we called them and told them we had a written confirmation of the date and time they joined three hours later causing several delays and did not even apologize. When we told them that several services are dependent on completing the job on time (cleaning team etc. and we would ask them to cover any costs related to the delay the answer was just "Money is not everything" and black mailed us to not come at all) - Second they had an exact list of items and parts which needed to be destructed including photos of the items and had provided me with a written confirmation that they only need one moving transporter/one way. At the end they needed to go twice and charged the full hours even if it was their fault as they entered rush hour through the delay. Even one of their temporary employees got highly frustrated and said he will resign and not work for such an unprofessional company again - Third the dowel removal service that was confirmed as well did not take place causing inconvenience with the new tenant who did not have a "ready" apartment Overall the price was more than twice as much as in the original offer despite there were no changes from our side to the original offer. We will ask for legal advice
