Ho trovato questo gioiello mentre girovagavo per la Svizzera. Vibrazioni svizzere pittoresche e per antonomasia. Scelte di menu semplici: abbiamo provato il manzo e la fonduta. Sia piacevole che eccellente. Il tavolo accanto al nostro aveva un piatto di salumi che sembrava altrettanto meraviglioso. 5 stelle!
Il cibo era buono! Il personale era molto cordiale e accogliente! Aveva una bellissima vista dai posti a sedere all'aperto.
Siamo scesi da Rigi Kulm. Mi sono guardato intorno in cerca di un posto dove mangiare. Ho trovato questo su Google Map. Ho cercato le indicazioni e l'ho trovato nascosto su una breve collina, fuori dalla vista delle principali aree turistiche. Abbiamo chiesto un menu. No, il server ha appena spiegato le 4 voci di menu disponibili. Abbiamo scelto "manzo". Ha detto, ti prepari al tuo tavolo secondo le tue preferenze. Burro alle erbe e patatine fritte. Sembrava interessante e buono, quindi l'abbiamo scelto. Wow, è stato fantastico!! Il miglior pasto che abbiamo mai avuto in Svizzera. La vista è imbattibile. È fine febbraio e la folla era scarsa. È stato perfetto. Consiglio vivamente il "manzo"!
A really nice place to have a meal/snacks a short walk away from the crowd (warning: the walk is uphill). We arrived near closing time but the staff were very kind and offered the possibility of flammkuchen or sandwich - we ordered both and they were excellent.
It was my best cordon Blue ever and try local beer!
Absolute must do when visiting Mt Rigi. Tucked away on the hillside, away from the main tourist crowd. The bubbly gentleman who served us was so friendly and engaging, we couldn't stop complimenting the chef on the lentil coconut milk soup which was so delicious. Great selection of Swiss mains, we left very happy and would definitely come back
