Purtroppo, a causa della forte pioggia mentre il mio tendalino era aperto, i bracci si sono rotti. Pertanto, necessitava di essere riparato o sostituito. Ho quindi cercato nella giungla dei fornitori di tende da sole e sono rimasto stupito dall’enorme numero di aziende in questo campo. Ho richiesto preventivi per riparazioni o sostituzioni a numerosi fornitori. Le differenze nel servizio e nelle offerte erano enormi. In alcuni casi non ho ricevuto risposta per molto tempo, sono mancato gli appuntamenti concordati o non si è presentato nessuno. Nel complesso, questa è stata un'esperienza molto frustrante con le altre società. Quindi sono stato ancora più felice di trovare la Warema Schweiz GmbH. Il lavoro è stato portato a termine in modo professionale, affidabile e con mia completa soddisfazione. Vorrei elogiare in particolare la signora Planje, che mi ha fornito una consulenza altamente competente ed è stata sempre molto attenta alla mia disponibilità, assicurandosi che tutto fosse pianificato perfettamente. Anche gli installatori e i tecnici si sono dimostrati estremamente educati, cortesi e professionali. Un'atmosfera positiva era palpabile ovunque ed era chiaro che ai dipendenti piaceva lavorare a Warema. Questo mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso. È meraviglioso vedere che esistono ancora aziende come questa. Le cinque stelle sono pienamente meritate e posso consigliare vivamente la Warema Schweiz GmbH. 😊
La stazione meteorologica Warema Wisotronic è progettata per misurare il sole e la pioggia. Purtroppo non resiste ai raggi UV. Dopo tre anni, il pluviometro ha continuato a guastarsi, registrando pioggia continua. Siamo ormai al nostro terzo, ed è anche agli sgoccioli. Un prodotto assolutamente troppo caro e di pessima qualità. Il nostro rivenditore ci ha consigliato di montarlo all'ombra sotto un tendone. Come dovrebbe misurare la pioggia e la luminosità lì?
We've had a very unpleasant experience with this company, and we know what we're talking about. We own several properties where we've installed products from Griesser and Schenker, as well as Warema. When we report defects to the first two companies, their technicians arrive within a maximum of three days and repair them. With Warema, however, you have to wait up to three months for a repair. This is unacceptable, and therefore this review is justified.
We had a slanted roller shutter installed by Warema about three years ago. For the first two and a half years, the motorized shutter worked poorly, until it finally stopped working altogether. After some back and forth with the company, the installer was able to purchase a discounted replacement and installed it. Now, after six months, this one has also broken down, and I certainly won't be using this company again.
In June 2023, my defective awnings were removed. Since then, the company has ignored me. My calls are fobbed off with messages like, "We'll call you back immediately, our colleague is handling the case," "The case isn't available right now, we'll call you back," or "We'll have to contact the parent company, we don't have any materials and will call you back." Of course, there are no return calls, and the emails say they're waiting for a delivery date. This email came on July 31, 2023!!! Now it's October! Customer service is definitely not a priority here. DISASTROPHIC. Not even worth one star.
