Poiché la nostra amata macelleria Sternen ad Arth purtroppo non ha avuto un successore, sono molto felice che la nostra piccola macelleria di paese Volg a Immensee continui ad offrire prodotti regionali e di altissima qualità, ora della macelleria Kronen. 👍 Ho già provato delle cose davvero deliziose... 😋 (Da Cervelat, Hochmoor-Bröckli (un tipo di carne secca), Schüblig (un tipo di salsiccia), Landjäger (un tipo di salsiccia secca), panini al prosciutto, formaggio di testa e ovviamente il polpettone...) 💪 Quando in primavera tornerà la stagione dell'aglio orsino, sarei felice di vedere un polpettone all'aglio orsino, sia come salume che come fette spesse 1 cm da friggere. 😃 Continuate così! 👏 Cordiali saluti da Immensee 🙋

I always enjoy coming here, unfortunately it's not exactly on my way, but it's always worth a visit. Superb meat, I bought sirloin steaks (freshly sliced) and grilled beef cordon bleu. Grilled both; the sirloin steaks were buttery soft 👌🏻 and the grilled beef cordon bleu was really nice and filled with lots of cheese 👌🏻 I thought the cheese would melt on the grill, but only a little came out. Greetings from Brunnen (unfortunately, no village butcher)

Super tender meat, always fresh, local meat, top value for money. You can get everything from the world's best Landjäger (local hunter) to T-bone steak and bison. Highly recommended
