Meerstetter Engineering GmbH are just amazing! Their tech support team assisted me with two queries but let me summarise one for now. I struggled to optimise on one of my TEC controllers one day (so I could use python for I/O of bits to/from the controller, respectively). I described my settings on their website customer responses form (and what I expected the controller to do) and thought it would take days for them to respond but I was wrong! They responded in no time with a specific solution and it worked! Thanks Meerstetter team! Highly recommended!
