I had Claudia Feuerstein place a special order with me in March 2022, formerly at the old location in Glattbrugg. She knew exactly what needed to be done and listened very attentively. She was extremely professional, friendly, and cool. The chemistry was simply perfect, as she truly strives to fulfill the customer's wishes and accommodate them. You can clearly see that she has years of experience in this field. We discussed the process in two appointments to make any necessary adjustments. We combined several features, such as: - the thickness of the metal - the font adjustment - slight 3D curve - rust-proof, waterproof Expectations were very high, and despite a two-week delay, they were more than exceeded. I dropped by on a whim and was able to pick up the gift for my girlfriend just two days later. They really listen to requests and fulfill them exactly as requested.
