Affari assolutamente scadenti. Continua a fatturarmi un anno dopo aver annullato il mio ordine via e-mail. Tono di comunicazione e-mail molto poco professionale e irrispettoso. Esperienza inutilmente stressante per me come cliente e come essere umano. Non augurerei a nessuno questa esperienza.

Ottimo fornitore. Ero un po' preoccupato quando ho riscontrato un problema di rete dopo la registrazione. Il 99% dei fornitori alzerà le spalle e ignorerà qualcosa del genere. Ma Firestorm ha risolto il problema immediatamente. Per quanto riguarda le prestazioni del sistema, i loro server root funzionano alla grande. E il prezzo è assolutamente fantastico, addirittura migliore di quello di OVH e Hetzner, il che è raro vedere qualcosa di così conveniente. Sono solidale con la frustrazione dei recensori negativi, ma mi chiedo se abbiano contattato l'assistenza Firestorm? Sembrano essere molto felici di aiutare con i problemi e sono persone ragionevoli. Manterrò aggiornata la mia recensione nei prossimi mesi.

Stay far as much as possible from this company. This company is the essence of what a business SHOULD NOT BE. One star is already way to much. They are simply trying to screw money. They made a switch on the server type I wanted to use and instead of paying back the difference, the kept the money claiming it will be provided back as discount. I requested the cancellation of the services but they claim it was not done properly even if I’ve clear evidences. They are arrogant and not supportive at all. All they want is your money. Result: I have to ask the support of lawyers to fix this or, as alternative, I need to agree to be screwed by these guys!!! And the quality of the servers and support is absolutely not existent. A typical way of mislead claim that Swiss make things with quality. Stay far as much as possible from this company.
