I called to inquire about the price of the materials in order to calculate the project budget in advance, and the response I received was: “We won’t give you the price because we don’t work with private clients.” I tried to explain that it wasn’t a problem for me to order the materials through a carpentry shop, but right now it was very important for me to understand the base price for a specific item in order to make a preliminary calculation. The response was again a stubborn “No” and a complete unwillingness to help. Just no. Well, it seems this company couldn’t care less about new customers…
