Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza meravigliosa all'Aiola. Il cibo era eccellente, il servizio era cordiale e professionale, facendoci sentire i benvenuti dall'inizio alla fine. Altamente raccomandato se siete a Sarnen e cercate ottimo cibo, una bella atmosfera e un servizio di qualità.

An Unforgettable Dining Experience at Aiola From the moment we arrived at Aiola, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We were warmly welcomed and served by Kristijan, whose attentiveness, professionalism, and charm elevated the entire evening. He made us feel truly cared for without ever being overbearing — a perfect balance. The food was the real star of the night. The King Prawn and Asparagus dish was a revelation — perfectly cooked prawns, delicately seasoned, paired beautifully with tender asparagus in a rich yet balanced sauce. Every bite was full of flavor and freshness. Equally impressive was the Beef and Mushroom Salad. The beef was tender and flavorful, complemented by earthy mushrooms and a light, tangy dressing that tied it all together. It was hearty yet refined — a dish I’ll be dreaming about for weeks. Aiola delivered on every front: food, atmosphere, and standout service. A big thank you to Kristijan for making our visit truly special. We’ll definitely be back!
Amazing is an understatement. Thank you Google for having this on the map!! Our party of 4 adults and 2 children feasted leaving with full bellies of wine, beer, sods, appetizer of bruschetta, 3 different pasta dishes, 1 pizza, and fries. Carbonara melted in my mouth. The salmon and capers was insane . Pasta Al' Arrbbarati was perfectly spicy. Topped off the night with the best gelato in town! All for less than $25 per person. Seriously... Best prices in Switzerland for the absolute best food we had in the region.
