Eravamo un gruppo di sei persone a cena qui alla fine di maggio 2025 ed è stato davvero delizioso. Ho mangiato l'anatra con salsa all'aglio. Il ristorante era molto affollato e rumoroso in quel momento. Il personale era estremamente impegnato e non riusciva a tenere il passo. A volte dovevamo aspettare un bel po' per essere serviti. L'atmosfera è molto bella e accogliente; Tornerò sicuramente.

Era molto buono e il servizio era eccellente. Si consiglia la prenotazione. Devi essere un po' paziente. Se il ristorante è pieno, può volerci un po' in cucina. Ma è normale poiché tutto è preparato al momento. Nessun motivo per detrarre una stella. Tornerei volentieri.

I ordered 3 shrimp soups, 2 of which were not spicy and 1 regular. What happened? I got the wrong order? 2 were very spicy, no taste, just spicy. Tried calling 3 times and no one answered. I didn't feel welcome the first time I've visited a restaurant. The manager came straight up to me and showed me that I had to stay outside because dogs aren't allowed in the restaurant. Then I went to the restaurant and saw that there were two dogs inside. Forgot my order and then came to me and said the excuse was that the typing machine was having problems. Then the next his employee came and told me that the manager forgot to type. I won't be going to this restaurant again and won't recommend anyone to go there.

This was our first time at Thai Palappa in Sarnen, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the lovely atmosphere. Everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the main courses. The food is freshly prepared, and it shows. The service was also very friendly, attentive, and always helpful. We will definitely be back... the trip from Lucerne to Sarnen is well worth it!
