Servizio molto scadente. Il prodotto in sé sembra valido, ma il servizio clienti era praticamente inesistente. La prima consegna è arrivata in ritardo ed era anche errata. Sono state consegnate le strisce LED errate. Dopo diversi controlli è stata inviata una sostituzione, ma sfortunatamente era di nuovo sbagliata. Invece dei 23 metri ordinati ne sono arrivati ​​solo 15. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare ancora. Per evitare di perdere altro tempo ci siamo anche offerti di occuparci noi stessi del montaggio. Dopo un totale di tre consegne errate, l'azienda non ci ha offerto alcun risarcimento, nonostante ci fosse stato promesso uno sconto. Molto deludente.

I ordered three lamps in August and received them after some time. The problem: the lamps had EU plugs. This wasn't mentioned in the description, of course. After some back and forth, they offered me a 50% discount. I accepted and waited for the invoice. Now they're seriously charging CHF 3.50 for an email invoice. This is generated by a system! So I'm not entirely satisfied.

Although everything was delivered correctly, I would not recommend doing business with this company. Customer service regarding the invoice is absolutely nonexistent. Responsibilities are denied, or the customer is referred to third-party companies with no contact details. Customers are not welcome here. I certainly won't order products from this company again.
