Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del servizio. Abbiamo comprato una TV che sembrava troppo grande nel nostro appartamento e poi abbiamo potuto cambiarla. Il signor Vollmer e il signor Velder sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili e, nonostante il loro pesante carico di lavoro, si sono presi il tempo per noi. Grazie mille!

Grazie ancora per l'eccellente servizio riguardante la sostituzione del televisore. Al mattino ho chiamato l'esperto Frank GmbH per spiegargli il problema e nel pomeriggio qualcuno era già qui per sostituire l'unità difettosa. Non potrebbe essere più veloce. Sebbene i dispositivi non siano così economici come quelli dei rivenditori o grossisti online, con un servizio così incentrato sul cliente e senza problemi, certamente non è necessario che lo siano. È chiaro che l'esperto Frank GmbH non sta solo cercando di vendere prodotti; la soddisfazione del cliente è la loro massima priorità. È proprio giusto!

Unfortunately, it was a complicated and lengthy process on the part of the LG repair center.
