First of all, I received excellent advice before purchasing the E-Ride Pro. All my questions about the various bikes were answered. Home delivery was on time, and I received on-site training on how to operate everything and what to look out for. Two weeks ago, I scheduled the bike for a service, and it was picked up from my home. The repair and service only took one week, which I had expected to take longer. The replacement part was handled smoothly by the garage and coordinated with the dealers. I am very satisfied with the bike and the service/repairs offered. I would recommend Swizz E to anyone considering buying an e-bike, as they cover the entire package: warranty, service, communication, etc. Thanks again for your support, and I look forward to making another purchase in the future.
