Ho ricevuto ottimi consigli in un'atmosfera piacevole. Sono stati discussi tutti i dettagli che erano importanti per me. In nessun momento mi sono sentito come se mi venissero vendute polizze assicurative di cui non avevo bisogno, al contrario. Le prestazioni assicurative che non erano utili o necessarie per me sono state rimosse. I conseguenti adeguamenti contrattuali sono stati implementati immediatamente.
